Lost or damaged your Social Security Card and were planning on using to satisfy for the I9 List C Documentation? Go to our local Social Security Administration Office. Request a replacement card, they will issue you a "Receipt". The Social Security Administration issued receipt can be used as part of the I9 Requirements.
