If you have lost or damaged your Social Security Card that you were planning on using to satisfy for the I9 List C Documentation, you can go to our local Social Security Administration Office to request a replacement card. They will issue you a "Receipt" that can be used as part of the I9 Requirements. (See Also the Receipts for List A, B, & C Documents for FORM I-9)
