UCPath System Downtime Notice:

In preparation for the Simplify GL Project - Phase 1 release, the UCPath system will be down as outlined below. 

System Down Times:

Sunday, November 23 | 12:00 a.m. – 6:00 a.m.

  • All UCPath systems will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance.

Saturday, November 22 | 6:00 a.m. through Sunday, November 23 | 6:00 p.m.

  • UCPath GL pages will not be accessible during this time, including:
    • Funding (Entry & Upload)
    • Budget (Distribution & Upload)
    • Salary Cost Transfer (Process & Review)
    • Benefit Cost Transfer (Process & Review)
    • Direct Retro (Review)
    • BCT Retired (Review)

UCPath System Downtime Notice:

UCPath will undergo planned security maintenance that requires extended system downtime. Please note the schedule below.

System Down Time:

Thursday, November 27 | 12:01 a.m. through Friday, November 28 | 11:59 p.m.

During this period, UCPath will be unavailable. Employees will not be able to access UCPath or perform online activities, including:

  • Viewing pay statements
  • Making address changes
  • Enrolling in direct deposit
  • Applying for jobs (for locations on TAM)

UCPath is the University of California’s centralized system for payroll, benefits, human resources, and academic personnel. It allows employees and managers to access—and take care of—key tasks like viewing pay stubs, setting up or changing direct deposit, updating personal information, managing benefits, and more through a streamlined self-service portal.
