UC Merced's Student Employment Services and Student Career Center invite departments and local businesses and organizations to participate in the in-person Student Job Fair, which is scheduled for Thursday, September 10th, 2026, from 10:00am – 2:00pm in the Conference Center Ballroom.
This event is designed to connect undergraduate students with paid part-time employment opportunities both on and off campus. Each participating organization may have up to two representatives at their table.

Departments will receive a tabling confirmation email upon submitting their RSVP.

The deadline to RSVP is August 20th, 2026, at 5:00pm or until registration reaches venue maximum capacity. Details regarding check-in and fair format will be shared with all registered departments by August 28th, 2026.
