On March 9th, UCPath will release the Improve Accrual Management Phase I.
Key improvements include:

Automating accrual calculation for biweekly employees who terminate during a non-accruing period

Improving the accuracy of accrual data by allowing multiple entries for employees who are terminated and rehired with different pay frequencies

Enhancing the leave accrual hours program and absence management rules to facilitate smooth transitions when transferring to another company, or pay frequency, within the same pay period

What is changing in UCPath?
There is no impact to how job changes are completed. However, there will be a new field visible to the Career and Benefits Eligibility screen on UCPath:
