Beginning November 17, 2025, employees who have recently updated their direct deposit information may receive an automated call from UCPath confirming the change to help protect employee information.
The response options that will be presented include:
- Yes, I made the change
- No, I did not make the change & transfer to UCPath
- Transfer to UCPath
- Voicemail left or no response
Employees who choose to be transferred will be connected with a dedicated UCPath associates who can answer questions and provide support.
